Return Policy

  • We put you at ease while ordering at Healthxp, as you can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. However, ensure that the product is unused with tags, packaging, and boxes intact.
  • If you’ve made an online payment, we refund it and keep you notified about the same. In the case of COD, we either initiate NEFT to the bank account or issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer.
  • In case an item or part of it is found damaged/ defective as per the description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, we request you to send a picture of the 

packaging and products received to our customer care support at info@healthcarewale.in or call us on +91-9588025788within 7 days of receipt of the product.

  • We arrange a reverse pickup and then generate either a full refund or a product replacement, as per your request.
